Shipping Policy

Nub's Media ships physical media from Ontario, Canada.

Orders are normally dispatched twice each week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. The normal order cutoff for an upcoming shipping day is 6:00 PM Eastern Time on the preceding day. Orders placed after the cutoff will normally ship on the following scheduled shipping day.

Available shipping services, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been dispatched and are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery times.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will have the available free shipping option shown at checkout.

Products marked In stock are physically on hand at Nub's Media in Ontario unless otherwise stated.

All shipments include tracking, and it is provided when the order is shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Nub's Media so we can review the situation and work with you toward a resolution.

United States Shipping

We ship to eligible United States destinations using tracked delivery services.

Economy Tracked Shipping costs $8.99 CAD, with free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 CAD or more. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Final shipping eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

To Our U.S. Buyers: No Surprise Import Fees!

Our Blu-rays and DVDs ship duty-free to the United States. We handle the customs paperwork and any applicable import charges, so there are no surprise import bills upon delivery. What you pay at checkout is your final amount for these orders.
